We will consolidate the scope of tasks in the Project Tiger RFS from four different vendors today into capability-based centers of excellence located in Noida, (India) and Connecticut, (USA) with a PMO headquartered in London to facilitate business change from the disparate locations today, to two main locations.
Location selection criteria:
Availability of scarce skills (e.g., London market, UW, Claims & DA)
Ability to facilitate change for Beazley
Language requirement fulfilled
Adequate time overlap for Beazley’s platforms
Genpact’s existing insurance centres to allow seeding of staff in Beazley operations
