He will help you be ambitious, set clearly defined targets, and identify and define requirements that give you the capabilities required to succeed.

He has been with Genpact for over 3 years and in his current role, since November 2022, he is the Lead Client Partner for multiple clients across the UK based in London. In his previous role at Genpact, he was the Global Operations Leader for multiple client accounts based in India. In his extensive career, he has successfully led large accounts for top Insurance Clients in the UK and US and has been instrumental in enabling his organisations build new capabilities in acquiring businesses in multiple product lines, gain footprint in new geographies and end-to-end process reengineering and improvement.

Vinish started his career with Genpact in 2002 and has worked in operations across Claims, Finance, and Underwriting. He is experienced in managing large teams with global exposure and multiple stakeholders driving a zero-surprise service delivery management and partnering with the client to drive operational excellence. He will be the day-to-day operational leader for Beazley. He holds an MBA, a Degree in Commerce and is Green Belt Certified.

Completed 9 years with Genpact in 2024 and is currently leading Genpact’s Insurance Data & AI Advisory practice for UK & Europe region. For Beazley, he will be the Data & AI delivery partner. He will leverage his deep expertise of cutting-edge Data & AI technologies (including GenAI) to drive transformation.

Leading the European Claims practice for Genpact since January 2024 Peter previously spent five years as European Domain and Consulting lead with considerable experience in the Commercial Lines and Specialty marketplace. He will lead the claims workstream to establish operations for Beazley. Peter has 40 years of operational, management and consulting experience (25 in claims) he provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to support you in understanding how best to drive business improvement in a realistic and achievable fashion.

Jonathan is both an experienced project-manager and Insurance Underwriting SME, having delivered various programs at Group level across the insurance value chain, and in depth experience as a London and Lloyd's Market underwriter. He has over a decade's underwriting experience within the London and Lloyd’s specialty insurance market, spanning several Property and Casualty (P&C) products in Insurance and Reinsurance segments. His career has been focused on product underwriting with Hiscox, Allianz and Aspen as a lead underwriter. He will bring this expertise to Beazley as the UW leader.

Jitender Sharma leads the solutions development for insurance clinets in Europe. He specialises in scoping, solutioning, and executing large-scale transformations involving Digital, process re-engineering, and Data science, as well as setting up medium and large shared service operations globally. For Beazley, he will design and oversee the execution of the solution. He holds an execMBA with COPC and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.

He is responsible for ensuring optimal transition solutions are provided for new engagements and ensures seamless implementation of all digital operations, technology and transformation projects across the Insurance business.
With more than 22 years of experience, Nikhil has managed various roles in pre-sales, solutions, program management, delivery management and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
