This will deliver a safely transitioned operation with an enhanced experience for Beazley people and stakeholders and provide enhanced operational insight from data capture and visualisation and improved outcomes

Driving transformation, maximising cost effectiveness and driving efficiencies into the operational processes. This will deliver a transformed applied AI solution that is scalable and blends seamlessly with your overall modernisation programme and an enhanced operational insight from data capture and visualisation and improved outcomes
Accelerate & Transform
Deliver a compelling outcome based commercial model, that will bring cost efficiency, building on consolidation and rationalisation and will maximise cost effectiveness and will drive efficiencies into the operational processes. Providing a 35% run rate saving from year one and a commitment to be 100% outcome based from year 2 onwards
Optimise & Thrive
Be strategic with executive level engagement to reflect the importance of Beazley to Genpact as a client, and across all of our engagement areas. This will be codified into our account management structures and consistent and regular touchpoints baked into the governance calendar, structures and processes
